The children took part in different coloured jelly play, they used their sense to see, touch, feel, taste and smell.
The children used one handed tools to empty and pour the jelly into moulds.

The children was excited to get messy, most of the time they used their hands to squeeze the jelly and watch it slip through their fingers, some children used single words such as “wow” “look” then the children were able to recognise the different Coloured jelly and were able to recite these colours. Overall The children enjoyed the messy jelly activity it was great to see children communicating and recognising colours.

As well as communicatiating amongst themselves, this was a chance for the children to build good relationship with each other.
