In nursery this term we have been focusing on the topic. “people who help us”. There has been lots of activities going on around nursery that links with the theme. We changed our role play area into a super market. We also made a fire engine with the children and spoke about what fire fighter do and how they help people. We also brought this into our circle time, we discussed the importance of these jobs this help to deepen their knowledge and understanding, we looked at a variety of books of different occupations.
