Monday 13th December – Visit to the Local Church
The Pre-school children went out on a walk to the Trinity Church. The children had a look around and enjoyed the Nativity Story and looking at the stained-glass windows. We talked about what happens when we attend church, and this is what the children remembered:
“They light candles.”
“There was lots of chairs.”
“The church was big.”
“They had a big Christmas tree and presents.” “The lady had a Santa hat with some animals.”
