Queenbees have enjoyed exploring in the natural area, where we have been growing different fruit, vegetables and herbs. The children helped to pick and collect them to bring to Hazel our nursery cook to use in the kitchen when making our yummy food.
We have talked about growth and we need to grow. The children have shown care and concerns for living things by watering them and watching them grow.
In Queenbees we have also used our own natural resources on the curiosity table for the children to be inquisitive and curious, encouraging a thirst for knowledge that will promote a positive attitude towards learning.
