Road safety week – November 2019

First class nursery had a very important visitor to talk to
us about road safety.
Zak the zebra
He went all around nursery to visit all the children. In
pre-school Zak’s helper Dave explained the importance
of some road rules such as holding hands and using
zebra crossings.
The children listened well and was excited to do some
activities with Zak. The children were able to show Zak
some of their knowledge by taking part in safety games
and mark making pictures. The children also got to
make their own personal road safety certificates to take
home and show.
