Story Sacks & Role Play The children in bumblebees thoroughly enjoy listening to stories, playing great attention to the different sounds the adult makes, whilst reading the story.
The staff provide resources such as story sacks and role play opportunities to enable the children to repeat familiar words and phrases from the stories by using the puppets and small world animals to re-enact the story.
The children worked together to make houses using straw, sticks and bricks using resources we collected ourselves. This encouraged and supported the children to use their imagination to role play the ‘Three little pigs’ story.
