Our topic this term was life cycles. In March we had some special visitors at first class nursery children, parents and staff watched and waited patiently for the eggs to hatch out and out popped 8 fluffy chicks. We did lots of fun activities around life cycle topic these included observational drawings, making chicks using feathers, playdough, egg and spoon race, looking at story books and having group discussions about the chicks and what a life cycle means.
